hp designjet 5000 color quality issue

I'm working with this machine and want to know what pm step I can take to calibrate the colors printing from the machine there is too much red tint so far. Will changing the cleaning units or printheads help or cleaning the tubes manually? Any help greatly appreciated thank you

You could have many things causing that issue. You do not clean the ink tubes. Is the color off if you run the pallet test print or just when sending a job? That could make it drivers. Change the line sensor lens, run print head calibration, ect.

You can also try different paper, cheap paper causes color problems. Make sure the right paper is selected in the paper menu.
