Anyone ever seen this error? It all started when they installed new computers (vista). Prints this page out when you try to print more than one 'copy' of a ANY document.Document.pdf

Sounds like a driver conflict to me. Update drivers and firmware.Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!". -
Ok, I swapped out the formatter and I didn't see a newer firmware version 19990309 MB6.28.. The customer had the machine hooked up via parallel port. I hooked it up with a 620 network card and it's still doing the same thing!! Any other suggestions pleaseComment

Can you print from the control panel without a problem?
Did you delete out the old drivers and install new ones? Collate is selected via the driver. It could even be a menu setting set wrong.
Update the firmware too.
