    HP 4250/ Compatible cartridge

    HI
    Quality is excellent but Ive had to pop chip off to be able to prompt machine into ready state.However w/o chip machine says ecomode is off.can i manually reset to on and is this the case whenever the chip is removed from cartridge?

    This is the case when the chip is removed.
    Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

      Thanks for helping out all the time,Can I mabually reset economode with chip off?I know I ask a lot of Qs,Im just trying to see if there is a way aronrd it. As always,THANK U prntrfxr for your help

        Depending on the company that remanufactured the cartridge, this should be covered by their warranty.
        The company that I outsoure cartridges from would definitly (and professionally) replace this cartridge.
        Have the end user contact their vendor for a replacement cartridge.

          Thanks for help.I brought cartridge from online vendor. and resold.Could you tell me where you get your 42x from?
