HP 4650 Have to hit check mark (Go) button before it will print.

I have checked all the obvious stuff like making sure the tray is programmed with the proper paper size and type. For some reason anything that goes to this printer pauses and you have to hit the go button and then it prints. Is there a setting somewhere that this customer has set that might be causing this problem? I have checked all the things I know and can't find any settings that might cause it.
