    Hi,
    This is reset procedure.
    Reset at: (200,000 pages)

    1. Shut printer off. (Use the SHUT OFF switch)

    2. Hold down the Left Side of the ITEM and VALUE Buttons while powering the Printer back on.

    3.
Continue to hold the Buttons until the Printer says “RESET MAINTENANCE COUNTER” then release the Buttons.

FEEDROLLER.COM is excellent site for HP help and for HP parts.

If the above doesn't work, you can go into Service Mode and manually change the Maintenance Count to zero Mantenance Interval should be set to 200,000 on this machine.

      To enter service mode:
1 While turning on the printer, hold down SELECT and CANCEL JOB until all of the lights on the
      control panel are lit.
2 Press the right side of the MENU key, then press SELECT. The message SERVICE MODE
temporarily appears and will reappear when the printer completes the initialization process.
3 To exit the service mode, press GO.
Note If READY appears in the control panel, the keys might have been released too soon, or the wrong keys
      were pressed.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

And because you use HP Laserjet 4100TN Printer, you may need drivers for this printer, and you can get it from here: Laserjet 4100TN Printer Drivers.

Or just download the drivers from HP's website, which normally is far easier.
