HP CM2320NF shuts off when faxing

Have a CM2320NF, prints fine, copies fine, scans fine. When faxing, after 3 or 4 pages, machine shuts off. Goes dead. No lights, nothing. Upgraded firmware, no luck. What the hey???? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.... Jeff M.

Did you ever find a fix for this issue? I also have one of these units, that everytime the customer tries to send a fax, that it powers off and on. Receiving is the same problem.

Sorry, never did. Repair was transferred to another repair facility (this was a 3rd party repair), so I don't know the final result. Sorry I couldn't help. Good Luck. Jeff M.
