hp designjet 5000ps errors 1004 and 0021

I amgetting these error codes and printhead alignment errors 1004 and 0021 which i s a line sensor error. I have executes all of the axis calibrations and I get 0021 and have tries other service calibration according yo the manual does this have any thing to with the lens cover assembley or the encoder strip? Do any of these parts need to be replaced thanks

Do you see all the colors on the test print? If not you may need to try a printhead recovery for that color. Otherwise, replace the problem printhead.

I think this is more of a printhead problem as opposed to an alignment problem.

Check the printheads if they are OK replace the line sensor.

I have a similar problem. I just changed my refurbish printhead to oem printhead.
