Customer brought in a CLJ3800dn and it comes up with the error message mem test failure replace dimm 1.There is no memory in dimm slot 1 and customer says there never was.Does it need the extra memory or could the formatter board be bad. Also after the customer had pulled out the formatter board when they first got the error and the display went blank. After taking it out and reinstalling several times it came back to life.Any ideas?
