    [Misc] Hp5550dn

    Hi,
    hp5550dn cannot printing through Ethernet 10/100base interface (Win xp/sp3). But through USB, it's OK.
    Action:
    1/ check cable 10/100 & replaced it.
    2/tried to reinstall its driver.
    ...I don't know if Formatter board defective...
    somebody can help me !!!

    try to ping using cmd then ping space then ip adress of the NIC. maybe a bad NIC.

        If you were able to ping successfully, it is unlikely to be a bad formatter. Are you sure network connection is good and setup properly?

              Hi, you can try connect by the external EIO card jetdiret put into the formatter . For example HP Jetdirect 620. On HP website you can download new firmware. Try NVRAM init
