hp color laserjet 2840

Hi
I have an hp color laserjet 2840 printing half page.If i print supplies page Yellow and black are printing half but Magenta and cyan are printing full.Some say the carousel is out of position but i cant see where the marks for timing are.please help me as to how i can reset the carousel,I have also changed the toner but same problem,please help.
