Hello Every One ,

I am fancing problem once i power one the printer message appear Check Cable ,Check Scanner Lock Cycle Power

Copy and Send Disable

I Change the cable but problem still same

can any one give me solution

Is it giving you like a 30.0.01 error with this? Which cable did you replace? Have you check to see if the CPB is fully seated and did not come loose?

I have seen on a 4345, 4100, other MFP's, where if the HDD in the formatter is bad, cable comes loose that attaches the HDD to formatter it will disable the copy/send features.

I had a lady accidently lock the scanner on a 3035 mfp and it disables fax and copy.. I'm not sure if the 9000 has one, but might want to look for it. The scanner couldn't move from home position because of being locked in place. It was just a lever to the left of the glass.

I believe the lock on the 9000 is left of the glass more on the side of the printer vs top. It should have a screw to loosen than unlock and reseat the screw if its locked. If it's anything like the 9050. Def something to check
