Design jet 5500 printing cyan only

The machine was printing in blue, I had recovered the yellow printhead and it went bacj to normal. An Hour later the blue came back and I replaced all of the printheads this time and its still printing blue. Is there reason this may happen and how can i fix this? thanks

Sounds like a carriage or trailing cable issue. But first I would check the tubes to make sure there is no air in the lines, if there is you can purge the tubes using set up printheads. If there is air in the tubes you just trashed the other printheads.
