No op-panel display.HOWEVER-When I take the top cover (with same op panel attached) & install it on a different printer (same model), it works correctly, so I know the op-panel assembly is ok. What should I check next? Thanks for your time & help. J Sasser,

Was the memory or firmware removed from the formatter? If the memory & firmware are good, then the formatter is bad.Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!". -

It's the board you plug the parallel cable, firmware and memory DIMM's go into as well. If you are not a tech, I would advise getting one at this point.Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".Comment
