The first symptom was a blue image, found the tubes had air so I purged all the tubes. The belt was shredded so I replaced and calibrated it. I ran the scan axis adjustment and also used 20 for the line sensor ID. Colors came back but were misaligned so I continued with the print head alignment using all new print heads. Ran diagnostics and the colors are perfect as well as alignment. The machine runs great for a few hours and then the printheads need recovery and the colors fail again. Is there something i am missing or doing wrong this is an ongoing issue. Any help really appreciated this machine is kicking my but. Thanks
