[Misc] HP 4025 not printing yellow.

Went to look at an HP Cp-4025 printer today. The machine has a new yellow cartridge. The supplies staus page shows 100% toner supply. But no yellow print at all. I went ahead and put the old toner back in. It showed 1% toner left. And did not print any yellow either. The other three toners work fine. The one unusual thing I noticed was the date first installed for all four toners showed 2008, not 2011 as the first installed date. I'm thinking firmware or dc controller and wondered if any one else has had a similar problem with this machine.

Clean the lens.

Try the yellow toner to the other printer.

Replace the yellow toner.
