    HP 2550n Toner/Printer?

    Working on a 2550n and have changed 2 magenta carts and after less than 100 pg. toner light blinks check supply status and toner reads 0 % and kills printer? Used OEM and comp. carts.
    Have cleaned light pipes, contacts, changed chips and new carts?
    What am I missing?

      change the oem toner carts!

          We manufacture this cartridge also and the #1 issue is the cjips we get. They keep a page count stored. Try changing the OEM carts like the guy above said. Otherwise change the DC controller and get a fresh set of OEMs. This will reset the memory the DC controller has of the page counts the toners have.
          99% of the time OEM carts fixed that issue for us.
