Re: HP Laserjet 3015 Jamming
I suggest you try replacing the Fuser assembly. Older machine can have the lubricating grease in the fixing film dry out, which can cause the film to lag from the pressure roller driving it = paper jam!
Can be intermittent.
Check a printed image for a smudge effect in the halftone areas for an indication of fixing film lag.
Good luck!Comment

Re: HP Laserjet 3015 Jamming
It seems to be a sensor/timing issue. The paper is not clearing the fuser exit sensor in the correct time. Something is retarding it. 1. Clean the sensor, 2. check the flag, 3. check the rollers and blow out any debris in the paper path (with fuser removed). 4. Replace the fuser. 5. Replace the sensor. 6. Replace the DC controller. Check all mechanicals first before moving to the electronic parts.Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".Comment
