Officejet Pro 8500, false paper jam.

This customer has an Officejet Pro 8500 with a paper jam that will not clear. there is no paper inside the machine. Yet, it will not clear.

I am thinking that it may be something else, like low ink, or the like.

Please help.

Any error code? Did you check paper flag? IT can be problem with service station or gear. I ve problem with gear in similar model.

That error can mean alot of things... its a very general error... hard to pinpoint without really looking at it.
Paper jammed... carriage stuck... broken service station..., basically could be alot of things... all giving the "paper jam" error :/
