hp nf 1213 printer

I have hp nf 1213 printer,which is not receving fax not sanding ,when other machine calling,nevergives faxtone to calling faxmachine but after 4 bells saert givingfaxtone but other side they will recev bell only.I have replaced chip of my cartridge,Please help
