I have a 3505 printer which is always asking to load paper in tray 2.
1st visit the paper detect actuator was jammed= free off away we go.
2nd visit the paper detect autuator was jammed= free off and we go, blame customer and tell them be careful.
3rd visit took another full feed unit off another machine which was working and swap= working all ok
The call has just come back in for the same thing, I have now put the 'faulty' feed unit in our office machine and it is briefly flashing add paper during a run but then working (only when the tray is half full). It works when the tray is full.
Hope this makes sense, the other thing to make life interesting is that the call is 3/4 hrs away!! oh the joys!!
