    hp designjet t610 plotter problem

    A very good morning to you all. I have a hp designjet t610 plotter that keeps on coming up with a message replace y ink catridge even if you put in a new one. I have tried to clean the contacts and the rest of the machine but it does not help. Please provide a solution

    Does that use printheads? I would probably think about changing it.

            Don't mind him, he's another troll with 2 stock answers, 'replace the printheads' and 'use OEM toner. That's all he knows it seems.
