    HP ColorLaserjet 4600dn

Customer has ColorLaserjet 4600dn that you cannot read anything on the control panel.Backlight is on and it comes to ready.Attention light is flashing so it does not print.I was able print an engine test page from the small hole on the side. Also by pushing menu key was able to print a menu map.Tried disconnecting and reconnecting control pane NG.Tried remove different memory DIMMs off formatter. One caused backlight to not come on at all.No network card on machine.I think attention light is on because it wants something replaced but has nothing to do with not being able to read display.I was thinking either control panel itself or one of the memory DIMMs.Any suggestions.Thanks.

You can also try connecting to it through the EWS.. that should show you the what the attention light is lit for.
