[Error Code] M3035

Say guys,

I'm working on an HP M3035MFP that has a weird problem. After going through self-test, instead of the normal display there is a mostly blank display except: in the upper left hand corner it says Attention, towards the center of the display ther is a small "?" and in the lower right hand corner there is a button that says "Hide". I've been on the phone with HP support - they said replace the HDD. The formatter board has been changed twice and the hard drive once. I've only been working on these machines a short time and would appreciate any help you might be able to give. I've been working on laser printers and MFP's off and on for 20 years, so I may be able to return the favor in the future.

I have only seen this once and it was on a different model, but it was a jam in the fuser area.
