    HP Designjet 500 print quality problem

    Here I sent you guys a copy sample.

    I have problem with print quality the black & cyan quality are poor.

    Both printheads has been replace without a result.
    The are enough ink in the cartridges.

    Any idea how to solve this issue?

      have you checked for bubbles (leakage) in the inktubes?

        Yes, you could have air in the tubes. You should check for leaks. If there are none ,get a set of set up heads and purge the air out. You can prime the printhead by holding the end in very hot water until ink comes out. Then blot it dry with a paper towel. You should see two straight lines on the towel from the head.
