hp 9050 firmware issue

hi all
am having a problem with the firmware on one of these.The machine does not boot up. Have swopped firmware card from another machine and no issues.I have downloaded the latest firmware from hp website but when i go o up load via the wb monitor the machine cant be seen as not intialised was wondering if anyone knew of another way of copying the firmware to the card off the machine or is it that i njust need to purchase a neaw firmware card with firmware installed.

You need to replace the firmware DIMM. Make sure you use the product code (on the serial number label) when ordering firmware for this printer. There are MFP versions of this machine and M9050's as well. They all take different firmware.
