    HP3600n Service Code 10.92.00

    I have this code on a HP a customer brought to the shop. The black imaging unit was broken. It has been replaced but still have this code. The transfer unit doesn't seem to close on the right side as it does on the left(locking at machine frame). I heard there is a bulletin out for this. Can someone send it to me, please? I don'e see anything broken but I know something is going on with the right side. Any suggestions? Thanks.
