Hi i have an Hp 9050mfp which i have installed a new CF card which looks like it has no firmware on it ( the cf card in the manual is no longer availble ) is there any other way of uploading the firmware to this as i only now from web browser or jetadmin ?

You should be able to update firmware through Jetadmin. Follow the installation instructions on HP's website.Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!". -

If you had a service manual, you would also have the instructions to do this. I will give you just this part. If you want to continue to work on these machines, you may want to get a service manual. Ask manuals4you.
