    HP 9500 - Transfer Belt won't come out

    Removed transfer belt, installed new belt, and forgot to change transfer roller. Tried to remove belt see transfer area and belt will not come out. Locking arm has been rotated to unlock position. Went in with no problems but will not come out.

    Anyone have this problem? Heard of another tech with this problem and he forced it to come out. Broke a whole bunch of stuff and rendered the machine unrepairable. Would prefer that not happen with this one. Any ideas?

      Got it! All supplies have to be removed and reinstalled. Then the message is cleared from Configuration>Resets>Reset Supplies menus. Just in case anyone wants to know. I feel real dumb on this one but most people don't bring HP 9500's in shop.
