I changed the Red ink cartridge, something happened that the printer fails to perform the routine start up, and displays error 24:10. and tells me to start over. Please, if any one can help me about this problem, or can tell me where I can get a service manual for this printer. Thank you.

The error says that there is a "broken bag" error in the cartridge itself. When you place a cartridge in the machine, air pressurizes it so it can force the ink through the tubes system. it apparently can't get pressure. The manual says to take out the ink cartridges and check for leaking before replacing the cartridge.
