Re: Magenta not printing properly
In order to clean them properly, you will need to physically remove the laser scanner from the printer, hold it up to the light, and wipe the lenses down with a lint free swab.
Remove the rear cover, the formatter, the DC controller, move the wire harnesses without completely removing them to reach the screws underneath and on either side of the printer that hold the metal plate upon which the formatter and DC Controller are seated, (be careful when disconnecting the FFC's), and remove 2 screws in front of you and 2 underneath the machine (sometimes covered by leaf springs) that secure the laser scanner. Reverse the process to reinstall.Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".Comment

Re: Magenta not printing properly
exactly it is a laser problem you need to clean the lens and the polygon motor. after doing this try to print the supply status, you will see the percentage of the toners indicated by its respective color.sometimes the text print has a shadow of magenta or other color after cleaning the laser unit.you need to calibrate the machine if this happens.you can find it on the menu.Comment
