What exactly do you mean inconsistently? Are we talking about fading, lines, colors not displayed correctly...? If you can attach a sample to this post so we can see what it's doing.

run the calibrate now and see if you have sucess. seems like registration problem, or one of the drums/dev is bad or transfer belt not sitting properly. also try removing and reinstalling the drum/dev unit.
: Select how soon theproduct should calibrate after you turn iton. The default setting is 15 minutes.
Calibrate now
: Makes the productperform a calibration immediately. If a jobis processing, the product calibrates afterthe job is complete. If an error messageis displayed, you must clear the errorfirst.

Go to the diagnostic menu and print the diagnostic test pages. What you need is something to isolate each color to see which one is either not printing or defective. I'm not sure if this printer prints pages of individual colors. If it does, the diagnostic test pages will be it. I have attached some test charts that will enable you to do this if it doesn't. I agree with Subaro, calibrate the printer. Calibrate 3 times. It should be in the System Setup Menu >> Print Quality >> Calibrate Now. Once again do it 3 times. Print diagnostic pages again. If it still exists, start with the cartridge that is affected and replace it. If it is happening with all of the colors start with the transfer belt. To me it looks like a missing color issue or a defective cartridge. Do your troubleshooting above and you should be able to pinpoint the problem. We're here if you have any other questions. Please post what fixes it.

Hi,
I did calibrating several times/ restore default; the problem's not solved yet. cartridges're ok, i tried to test them with other printer.
the model have service code to reset ?
Thank you for your suppot.
You don't need the service code to do an NVRAM init. Remember doing this will erase some settings and data so make sure you have a configuration page printed before you do either. I don't think this is going to fix your problem. It's going to be image related issue. Check HVPS contacts to cartridge, after that you're looking at DC controller or formatter for a cause to your problem.
You can perform a engine test (prints lines so it's going to be difficult to see). If the problem goes away it's the formatter. If it doesn't the only 2 things left are DC controller or HVPS. More apt to think DC Controller first.
To perform NVRAM Init:
1. Turn it off
2. Press right arrow and X button simultaneously.
3. When PERMANENT STORAGE INIT is displayed release the buttons
