It shot a paper feed part out the back so now it multi-feeds
and I can't find where it goes and nobody seems to have info on this printer.


The stubborn customer realizes it's a cheapie but still wants it repaired.

Well, since there are no manuals for this POS, your best bet would be to go to the HP partsurfer site and see if you can locate a diagram of the internal components.

I know it's POS , You know it's POS , even She knows it's a POS
BUT
her Dilbert-esque supervisor has budget for "repair" not "replacement'

I've only been at the job a short time but keep coming across these types who don't realize when it's time to replace theses things.
