Reset fuser in the HP CM4730

Is there a way to reset the HPCM4730 fuser assembly?
We can reset the transfer belt but are failing miserably with the fuser.

It can be done refurbished fusers for sale online guaranteed to reset machine. Tried metal film resistors 1/4 watt with a value of 33ohms as suggested by a tech friend but no use.

Any ideas?

If you come up with something I would be interested. MetroFuser has a deal called "Flash it" for transfer units.
