CM6040- no user name of print jobs
Hi All,
Need to ask you all whether has face this problem or not. My CM6040 now cannot show the user name of print jobs when customer print from iMac OS 10.6. Below is the panel screenshot. Machine FW is 52.132.6

My machine is working ok but due to this tiny issue my customer is giving me a big headcahe now. They simply can not work with a machine that doesn't show which print job is thier's.
