    M4345 MFP

    I have a few of these now that seem to be doing this. After sending a fax or doing any other function (scan, copy) it will not reset and return to the home screen after the 60 seconds it is set for. Turn it off and on to reboot and it will start working again for a few days or so, then it will stop resetting again until rebooted. I have the latest frimware I believe 20110225 48.181.8 Anybody else seeing this or know of this problem and has a fix? A goole search turned up nothing that I could find.

      newest is 48_240_OB so you do not have the latest. Try and install the latest and see how it goes. here it is. it is at the bottom portion of the page.

          Thanks.. I just found that a couple days ago and put it on a few of them, so we will see how it works out. So far I haven't heard back from them yet, so here's hoping.
