Hello everyone.
we have a HP 3035MFP machine in the office.
it is connected to an exchange server running windows server 2003.
and connected to a fax line.
i would like to know if there is an option to automatically copy received faxes to a folder on the network,
so that if the pages are lost, we have a backup on a folder.
also i would like some employees to see the faxes without getting to the machine, but i still want the faxes to be printed out.
any help will be much appreciated.
