L7780 officejet with error B81B1508

I am not seeing anything about this error online. Do you suppose a firmware update will fix this. I will look for an update, but just throwing this out here in hopes some body has already had this error and of course resolved it. I normally don't work on office jet printers so any help is greatly appreciated.

I dont recall now. it has been a few years. dont need to now. If i looked up the error again it might ring a bell if you need assistance on it.
