Hi to all

I'm not familiar with HP so i need little help here please.Printer just stop printing duplex.Paper come out normally and show jam code 13.12.00 ,but won't go back in duplex.I inspect all sensors,
duplex unit,ETB.Printer have 120 K prints.Little help??

Common problem is a broken output sensor lever under the top cover. On the right hand side.

More information would be helpful.
I am guessing single side printing works fine?

Thanks to response dude.No,single side also have issue(13.12.00. duplex path jam front door)but print come out ok.

Also replace ETB with duplex unit and issue still there.My customer have a new printer already.I don't have time for this crap.Four days and no idea?Thanks for the help.

Not much to go on, but I suspect you might have a problem with the Duplexing Reversing mechanism or the Duplexing Driver PCB.
These are supposed to detect the paper feed out of the fuser, and then reverse it back into the printer to pass down the front of the ETB and then print the second side.

I suppose you do not have another CLJ3600 next to you that you can swap the top cover assembly across, or other parts, so you might have to bite the bullet and buy a spare part.
