[Jamming] HP clj 4600

Hi printer experts,

Printer always jam at fuser and pick up few papers together while using tray 2.

I had clean up all rubbers n rollers and condition still fine,

Can anyone please advise me what to do??

Replace Paper Feed Rollers first off theyre slick. Cleaning them does nothing

You need to replace the paper tray. The guides that hold down the paper are sloppy. You can get a refurb tray for about $50. I sell a few of them a month.

Those feed roller condition looks good from what I experience in HP printer.

May try out the paper tray guide first. Have you try out any modification on the tray guide before?

No, trying to fix it will not work unless you had a rebuild kit. I just replace the tray.
