T770 Designjet 22:01:10

After a starwheel motor replacement from an authorized service center and a bad transportation to the owner, (customer) plotter asks to proceed for a printhead replacement (all) and after off/on it pops out the 22:01:10 code. So i had a call to see what happens..
I just checked the cables to the ISS and clean the printheads many times.
I did the IDS Test but it fails...
(By the way, "pistons" are those black-up/down-levers?)
