I am getting black ghosting on both monochrome and color prints. Replaced the black drum and the ghosting was less prominent but still there. Ran cleaning mode through the service menu several times to no affect. The ghost image is 56mm below the original, and it looked like the fuser was smaller than that but could be wrong.
It's very odd that the ghosting almost went away with a new drum unit so I'm curious if it's not image transfer related instead of the fuser.
Any thoughts or confirmations?
