LJ M5035 MFP error 49.4C02

My customer called HP for a message about updating thru the USB devport and was told to replace the formatter board. I have installed the new formatter board in the machine and updated the machine. Now after a couple of days I get 49.4C02 restart the machine. I reloaded the firmware but that has not solved the problem. Thanks

Make sure they are using the correct drivers for the machine.

Could be the formatter again. I had a 6040 do that to me..formatter worked for two weeks and came up with that code. ended up having to replace it again..newest one has been working fine for a few months now.
