i have 1 of these in a customers office. 2 weeks ago they put in a call saying " the transfer kit is at 78% life through the web interface, and at the machine it was telling them to replace transferkit" so i changed out the transfer kit and it seemed to be working. today i got a call same machine web interface was telling them that the black toner was 39% and at the machine it had replace black toner and it would not print there was also a 10.90.00 error at machine the toner cart did feel like it was empty any thoughts. waiting for new toner to arrive tomorrow

Replace the toner, if same result replace drum, if same result replace print cartridge interface PCA
