When you print 1 page it prints that page from Tray 1(Bypass) and tray 2. It the same job no mater what you print. Printing a medical program from a windows 7 machine if that maters....have not done a cold reset but driver has been deleated and re-added but same problem..

Does it do it when printing from any other program or document? or does in only happen with the medical program? Will it print from both trays at the same time when printing a paper path test from the control panel? Is the driver the universal driver? Have you updated firmware and updated the software program (medical program) you're running? Is it connected via network, USB, or parallel?
You need to eliminate whether it is software or hardware related. Then, eliminate things one by one.Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
