    Hp p4015 size mismatch in tray 2

    I am receiving this error message everytime I take a test page from my p4015 machine. When I print the configuration pages, the device picks up the first page then after that it stops and I get the mismatch error! Had anyone seen this before?I have installed a new tray, all new rollers, all sensors are ok. Is this a formatter issue?

          I have to ask; In the paper handeling menu do the settings match computer? Size:Letter Typelain
          Does it call for tray 1?

          If that is not the case and the paper tray guides are set correctly I would upgrade the firmware; These are known for wierd paper jams and such. Dont forget to remove all accesories like tray 3,4 and duplexer and wait till printer reboots itself; I made both of those mistatkes and the upgrade failed. Good Luck!

              Sorry guys, i should have informed you that i have already done a firmware upgrade and still i receive nothing. All trays are set to their proper sizes but still i get the error after every first page is printed.

              Any other suggestions? Thanks

              P.s i have the manuals but this isn't in there, your help is always valuable 4 manuals.

                      Does it work ok while printing thru tray 1? At this point I would look at Paper feed roller assembly RM1-4527 But testing tray 1 would eliminate this.
                      Next I would look at Paper pickup drive assembly RM1-4532 and possibly sensor levers.
