HP OJ 2230 - replace balck printhead error

Have a customer that has a HP Business InkJet 2230 that displays Missing Black Printhead, have put new one in and the message went off, then displayed replaced cyan ink cartidge, replaced that and now we are back to Replace Missing Black Printhead?

Does someone have a service/parts manual for this machine? Or anyone ele have this problem and can provide a fix other than throw it away and buy a new printer.
