Only printing half of page. Any suggestion on whats the problem is?

Hmm, it can be many things. Could you please give a bit more info...
Most usually half-page prints are caused by bad drivers, insufficient memory on machine or spool, etc -

Is this all colours or just the black?
If just the black it is likely toner related so replace it. If all the toners are not printing properly check the carousel and drum. You can rotate the carousel and align it manually.Comment
