HI Guys,

I have a seen an issue with HP LaserJet P4014, P4015, P4515 printers where it hangs with "Processing Job" when printing from tray 2 only (Tray 1 works fine). It seems to hang in processing job and sometimes a printed page may appear, but it can take up to 5 minutes. It's a hardware issue as the printers internal pages also fail.

I didn't know if anyone else had seen this or had feedback on the issue ?

Its the fuser and also update the firmaware while your at it

The HP P4014/4015 printers have some issues with hanging and locking up (display will read ready, but it does nothing). Try the following. Once it has hung up can you print an internal test page? If it does start at step 1, if it doesn't start at step 2 and try again. You must reboot the printer after installing the new driver!

1 Update the firmware to the latest version and reboot the printer (found on hp' website under support and drivers)
2 Delete your current print driver and reinstall with universal print driver PCL 6 v 5.4 (also found on HP's website)
3 If these do not work next change the fuser
4 Lastly try replacing the formatter

If it still doesn't work, stop wasting money and get something else! lol
