Hi Guys,
I am totally new to the HP side of the business.
We installed an MFP and 4 HP-4515's.
The one machine indicates an "Out of Paper" condition.
Here's the fun part, you only get the indication at the customers workstation when you try to print and the balloon pops up saying the printer is out of paper.
The printer itself never gives the indication. It just sits there Green and Ready.
Very intermittently, the screen showed a Ready condition and a document printed from the queue and then right back to out of paper.
So there I sit going through the document properities and the machine fires up and outputs a one page print with the following in the upper left corner: GE Issued Warning: 75
I know that I did not send it and the customer swears that it is not part of any other document he can think of.
So anyway, that, in a nutshell, is what I've got here.
All ideas gratefully appreciated.
Doug
