Clear Error 47.01

I have a Designjet T770 giving me error 47.01.Is there someone who have came across this error and how do u clear this error?If someone have the Technical/Service Manual you can e-mail it to nrsmoyo@yahoo.com

From HP's website:

DESCRIPTION
IMPORTANT : This firmware upgrade is required to prevent the issue detailed below. HP strongly recommends immediate application of this upgrade.
Under certain circumstances, some HP Designjet T770 and T1200 printers may display System Error 47:01, which is related to a failure of the starwheel lifter assembly.

May need a firmware update, check the HP website

Not only a firmware uppgrade, but the starwheel motor must be replaced also!!!

You have to replace the starwheel motor (hp part Q6718-67017)and then perform a firmware upgrade,
The firmware ugrades prevens damage for the new Starwheel motor.
